Convenient and easy creation of a cover page for scanning documents

Get a clear overview of which documents your dossier contains with Cover Page. The metadata of the individual documents is transferred directly during scanning and displayed on the cover sheet with the help of a barcode. The unique document number is stored in the barcode, so the scanner only has to read this at the end to find the corresponding document in the DMS.​

The cover page program is an interface that can be integrated directly into the OpenText eDOCS DMS Client. The program is implemented in the same menu group as the document functions and can be called from there for any document.​
