In Papierform eingehende Dokumente werden eingescannt und an das Document Management System \u00fcbergeben, in welchem sie anschliessend ebenso verwaltet werden k\u00f6nnen, wie elektronisch erzeugte Dokumente. Der schnelle und gesamtheitliche Zugriff auf gesch\u00e4ftsrelevante Dokumente und Informationen beschleunigt die Fallbearbeitung. Dank einer Schnittstelle zu den gesch\u00e4ftskritischen Applikationen kann direkt aus der Fachapplikation auf s\u00e4mtliche Dokumente gesch\u00e4ftsfallbezogen zugegriffen werden.
